Check whether it has passed CE certification, ASTM international safety standards or EN amusement equipment standards.

Check the connection and welding process

Is the track connection flange + high-strength bolt?

Is the welding full? Is there any grinding wheel grinding?

These affect the stability and long-term durability of the equipment.

Pay attention to the surface treatment process

Powder coating or electrostatic painting? This affects the anti-rust ability.

Is the fiberglass UV stable? Otherwise, it will age easily after long-term exposure to the sun.

Avoid inferior plastics or cheap alloys

Some low-priced products use inferior PP plastic or thin iron cladding, which may not cause problems in the short term, but may age or deform in the long term.

Good products use thickened FRP (glass reinforced plastic) and closed steel pipe welded frames.
